Because our tours are private tours, they do offer some flexibility in the composition of the tour.
Therefore, we will not ask for any payment until we have together work out the details including dates, number of persons and If any special requirements from the traveler.
Once the details of the tour accepted by both parties , we will ask for a non refundable 20% payment to book the tout.
You will receive an email from us requesting the payment of the 20% of the tour total price. The balance of the tour price could be paid up to one week prior to departure date. Our pricing is as stated on our Web site, children price depending on the age on a case by case basis but always before booking.
Because we care about our customers, we will go out our way to please them, and try to adapt taking in consideration unforeseeable situations.We will try to reschedule the tour if possible when asked by the customer. Some expenses might be attached to changing the date of the tour depending of the bookings we have made for your tour: accommodation, rentals, and other items.
